About us

The Therapy Rooms was established in 2012 with an ethos to provide a relaxing, wellbeing centre providing first class treatments within a quality environment. Working with quality branded products and unrivalled training, The Therapy Rooms provides treatments for all. 

The Therapy Rooms is now located in a 17^th Century building on Grassington Main Street, we are centrally located, however nicely tucked away for peace and tranquillity.

One treatment: different every time

Here at The Therapy Rooms we offer bespoke treatments each time.  Combining a wealth of training modalities in massage, reflexology, holistic treatments and facial skin treatments.

Your face tells its own unique story and a great skin treatment should be personalised just for you. Whether you have an oily t-zone and flaky cheeks or puffy eyes and sensitivity, your treatment will be tailor made each time to solve your specific concerns.

All you need to do is decide the time you have available and our highly trained skin care experts will do the rest. We proudly use Dermalogica® products in all skin treatments and recommend Dermalogica® homecare for unsurpassed results.

Namaste. My mission is to encourage people to help themselves to heal and grow; improving balance and wellbeing. I offer comprehensive treatments for both gentlemen and ladies. All my clients’ treatments are carried out with love and energy. My holistic approach and expertise is applied to facial skin, reflexology, massage and body treatments.

Dermalogica® is my passion. Having used Dermalogica® products for over 25 years I believe I realise the needs of good skin health and true wellbeing in one wellbeing centre.

We pride ourselves by offering you the best in good skin health and wellness. Our Experts have a vast wealth of qualifications and knowledge to provide amazing treatments for the face and body.

Telephones To ensure your visit is relaxing as possible, we request that telephones are switched off when entering The Therapy Rooms.

Treatment time All treatment times are approximate and include any consultations and preparation time.

Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or amount and can be purchase in the salon or over the phone. We also have a wide range of fantastic skin care and gift sets in the salon. All Gift Vouchers are bespoke. You choose the value or the treatment, a welcome treat for somebody special.

Cancellations We respectfully request 72 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
